6:30 pm: Arrival and networking

6:45 pm: Welcome and introduction

6:50 pm: Pacific Prime speaker, to be confirmed, gives a short, plain-English presentation on key-person insurance, including what it can and cannot do for a business if a founder or other key person cannot work. Allow 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for brief questions.

7:00 pm: The Fine Print panel. Each panelist has a one-minute introduction, followed by case studies discussed together. This is not a series of individual talks or separate Q&A rounds for each speaker.

7:30 pm: Audience questions

7:50 pm: Networking

The overall event ends at 8:30 pm.

The case studies can draw on issues such as incapacity and business continuity, probate and business interests, relationship changes and business ownership, shareholder arrangements, intellectual property and the business impact of losing a key person.
