MEET THE SPEAKER

Elaine Champion is a leadership and career coach based in Hong Kong and the founder of Watch Her Lead, where she supports women to show up with clarity, confidence and authenticity in their professional lives. With over two decades of global experience, she brings a strong foundation of professional training, including being an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, an Accredited Organisational Coach (IECL), a Certified MBTI Practitioner and a trained #IAmRemarkable Facilitator. Her work blends practical tools with a warm, grounded approach that helps women communicate their value and lead with impact.

Alongside her coaching practice, Elaine is deeply committed to women’s development through community service. She volunteers as a Guide Leader with the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts and serves as an Education Mentor with The Women’s Foundation. Her workshops are known for being practical, encouraging and refreshingly real — and we’re delighted to have her lead this member-hosted session for WEN.
