Our annual two-day business retreats provide an opportunity for members to reset, refocus, and refine their business strategies. The Literacy Entrepreneurs

Trade Circle
Trade Circles are small, sector-specific groups of women entrepreneurs that meet every sixweeks to discuss industry trends, challenges, and solutions. These intimate gatherings create a space for candid conversations, enabling members to share insights and address problems collaboratively. Often, you’ll find that someone in the group has already tackled the challenges you’re facing, making this an invaluable resource for problem-solving and growth.
Annual Programmes
WENStart
WENStart is a transformative six-month mentoring programme tailored for new entrepreneurs with less than five years of experience. This initiative connects aspiring business owners (mentees) with seasoned entrepreneurs (mentors) and International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaches.
Participants in WENStart benefit from:
● Monthly Mentorship: One-on-one meetings with a dedicated mentor, offering personalised insights and guidance.
● Coaching Support: Monthly coaching sessions with a certified coach to focus on both personal and professional development.
● Skill Development: Practical strategies and tools to help you achieve your business goals.
● Confidence Building: Strengthen your self-assurance and expand your networking opportunities.
