Chloe is a French tech entrepreneur and AI Engineer who specializes in solving the "AI privacy dilemma," helping organizations navigate the transition to artificial intelligence without compromising their most sensitive data. With a double background in AI and Business, she bridges the gap between complex engineering and strategic business management.

As the CEO of Maites, a Hong Kong-based startup, Chloe is an advocate of “Sovereign AI.” She leads the development of No-Cloud, on-premise systems that operate entirely within a company’s own infrastructure. By combining advanced knowledge search with a proprietary Automation Engine, she helps high-stakes sectors—from medical to manufacturing—automate document workflows while ensuring data never leaves their private devices.

Chloe’s mission is rooted in her experience as a B2B Sales Manager in the US cosmetic manufacturing industry. While working with global retailers, she saw firsthand how data security concerns were creating a bottleneck for digital transformation. This insight drove her to found Maites, where she works to ensure that high-level data sovereignty is no longer a luxury for giant corporations but an accessible standard for organizations of all sizes.

She is dedicated to the belief that in the age of AI, privacy and affordability must go hand-in-hand. Her approach removes the "cloud-risk" from the equation, allowing leaders to embrace automation with total ownership and peace of mind.

Chloe holds an MBA from Duquesne University in the US, complemented by her post-graduate diploma as an AI Engineer. This dual perspective allows her to act as a "translator" between technical infrastructure and commercial ROI. Originally from France and now based in the vibrant tech hub of Hong Kong, she brings a global perspective and a relentless drive to make private, secure AI the new global industry benchmark.
