Chloe is a French tech entrepreneur and AI Engineer who specializes in solving the "AI privacy dilemma," helping organizations navigate the transition to artificial intelligence without compromising their most sensitive data. With a double background in AI and Business, she bridges the gap between complex engineering and strategic business management.

As the CEO of Maites, a Hong Kong-based startup, Chloe is an advocate of “Sovereign AI.” She leads the development of No-Cloud, on-premise systems that operate entirely within a company’s own infrastructure. By combining advanced knowledge search with a proprietary Automation Engine, she helps high-stakes sectors—from medical to manufacturing—automate document workflows while ensuring data never leaves their private devices.

Chloe’s mission is rooted in her experience as a B2B Sales Manager in the US cosmetic manufacturing industry. While working with global retailers, she saw firsthand how data security concerns were creating a bottleneck for digital transformation. This insight drove her to found Maites, where she works to ensure that high-level data sovereignty is no longer a luxury for giant corporations but an accessible standard for organizations of all sizes.

Chloe holds an MBA from Duquesne University in the US, complemented by her post-graduate diploma as an AI Engineer.
