Six months of mentorship, coaching and meaningful business growth

Building and running a business can feel overwhelming—especially when you are trying to make every decision on your own.

WENStart is a six-month mentoring programme created for women entrepreneurs with less than five years of business experience. It brings together experienced entrepreneurs, dedicated mentors and International Coaching Federation (ICF)-certified coaches to help you grow your business—and grow as a business owner.

Through personalised mentorship, professional coaching and guided reflection, you will gain greater clarity, confidence and direction for the next stage of your entrepreneurial journey.

Programme fee: HKD 8,200

What you will gain

• Personalised mentorship

Meet one-to-one with a dedicated mentor each month. Your mentor will share practical insights, challenge your thinking and help you work through the opportunities and obstacles in your business.

• Professional coaching

Receive monthly one-to-one coaching from an ICF-certified coach. These sessions will support your personal and professional development, helping you build the mindset and confidence needed to lead your business.

• Practical business direction

Gain useful strategies and tools that you can apply to your business—not just ideas and theory.

• Greater confidence

Become more confident in your decisions, your leadership and the way you communicate the value of your business.

Connect with experienced businesswomen and fellow entrepreneurs who understand the realities of building a business.
